"Sweet Lord, this was good. About every 3 or 4 months, I crave a GREAT sandwich. I've driven by this place so many times and finally pulled in... ... Worth it! I walked in, told them I'd never been there, and that I had no clue what I was doing. They literally thanked me for telling them that and told me they wish more people would let them know, so they can guide them better. I got the Ultimate Garbage Grinder, and it 100% makes sense why it's world famous! Absolutely delicious! I know where I'm heading when my next craving shows up!"

"Worth the wait. Connie and her crew crushed it. Busy Saturday lunch and they didn't rush it. While the garbage themed names might be funky, the sandos were great! Pizza sandwich style....and full of flavors. We were traveling from Portland to San Jose and this joint wasn't far off the freeway, had plenty of parking for our RV, and the lunch was hella good. Solid spot to revisit next time we're in this city."

"Skip Subway and check out this local family business with a great vibe. I recommend both the hot pepper and the French dip. Delicious, same price as the chain across the road and a much better experience! Great space to sit and watch the world go by with a nice toasted sub or spaghetti."

"I ate here about a year ago and loved the sandwich so much I put it on my calendar to come back. I'm on a five state stand up comedy tour and performing in Medford, OR tonight. Devastated to see they are closed the one day I was able to relive that amazing sandwich experience. Oh well, I will try next time I'm back in Medford!"

"This is a unique location, small with more outdoor booths than indoor seating. I sat outside and watched the intersection, still more entertaining than screen time. The service was personable and friendly, not over the top. I ordered the veggie sandwich, wasn't feeling meat for lunch. The bread was soft and excellent. The filling had a perfect mix of cooked to raw vegetables. The sauce had a little heat which was a nice surprise. Solid sandwich, great price, and local history, highly recommend."

"The local legend. It's easy to miss this little spot. (The first time I saw this joint, I thought the building was derelict.) This is without a doubt the best east coast sando joint for 400+ miles in any direction. Its shockingly authentic and dripping with flavor. The folks working the joint are gems. Remember when Americans weren't scared of every darned thing under the sun and just smiled and gabbed with everyone? It's still like that here. Luigi's legacy is in good hands. This place is worth as stop and they deserve your money."
